Chi sono?

Sono Agata. Punto. Un essere umano. Le mie altre caratteristiche sono solo i ruoli che mi sono stati dati o che mi sono presa.

Sono nata in un piccolo paese (Krasnik) nel sud-est della Polonia, appena dopo l'inizio dello stato di guerra (1981). Sono cresciuta nella nuova realtà capitalistica che mi ha insegnato come apprezzare la vita, essere coraggiosa ed indipendente.

Sono figlia di persone meravigliose che mi hanno accompagnato nella formazione della mia identità, mi hanno dato le esperienze necessarie per la crescita lasciando la libertà di scegliere. L’amore di mia madre (Grażyna) che sento anche a distanza, il suo ascolto, le premure di ogni giorno, le carezze, le nostre conversazioni mi fanno sentire stimata ed amata. Mio Padre (Janusz) esempio di amore incondizionato, mi ha insegnato il rispetto per me stessa e per gli altri, la forza soprattutto nei momenti critici ed il sacrificio per la famiglia. Anche la nonna – persona solare - il fondamento della famiglia che prepara i migliori pierogi ruskie (la specialità polacca).

I viaggi lontani (per scoprire gli altri paesi) e vicini (dentro me stessa) mi hanno portato le esperienze indimenticabili. Mi hanno fatto scoprire le nuove risorse che non sapevo che ho, come: la pazienza, la determinazione, la tolleranza, l’empatia e capacità di ascoltare. Le esperienze vissute e le persone incontrate mi hanno insegnato di più di tutti gli anni di studi.

Durante il mio viaggio mi e’ stato dato di incontrare l’amore della mia vita, la persona che mi sta affianco ogni giorno ed e’ un esemplificazione dei sogni in cui crede ognuno di noi. I miei amici e mia sorella – che grande tesoro da proteggere!

Io – curiosa viaggiatrice, Io psicologa - ricercatrice della felicità, la moglie meravigliosa (VWW) , l’insegnante e studente in uno, ed in 100% cittadina europea….

Who am I?

I’m Agata. Dot. A Human Being. All other characteristics are only the rules in life which had been given to me or I had took them.

I was born in small city (Krasnik) in south-east of Poland, when the civil war was started (1981). I growth up in new capitalistic reality which had taught me how enjoy life , be brave and independent thinker.

I’m a daughter of marvelous persons who assist during my identity formation. They give me indispensable experiences for growing and at the same time leave me the liberty to choose.

My mother (Grażyna) love which I still feel even from the distance, her care, her warm hugs, let me feel loved and respectful today. My father (Janusz), the example of unconditional love permit me to create a respect to myself and the others, force most of all in critical moments and the sense of sacrifice for the family. And also my grandma – the sunny person, the fundament of my family who cook the best pierogi ruskie (polish traditional dish).

My long-distance travels (to discover other places in the world) and this inner travels ( inside myself) gave me the unforgettable experiences I discovered a new resources about existence I haven’t knew, like: patient, determination, tolerance, empathy, capacity of listening the others. Life experiences and people who I met - have taught me more then all years of studies.

The love of my life, person who is close to me everyday is the other part of the same medal. We complete ours self. And my sister and my friends – what a wonderful gifts which have to be care!
