At this moment, I collaborate with:

• Gruppo LEN  - LEN Soc Coop is the founder of the Society Group and is responsible for LEN Human Resources via:
  -  The design and delivery of vocational training
  - Consulting interventions tailored on the needs and requirements of the customer

LEN Formazione (LEN HR) is built up on a network of trainers and consultants who bring their skills in a circle and are working on developing innovative projects for the market of vocational training of Business and Public Administration.
The staff consists 120 professionals, including employees and consultants, working with a logic voltage level for a better starting from the enhancement of the existing.  The decision to build a network company that operates throughout the North Italy with extremely flexible form of co-operative society is, among others, for two basic reasons:

- maintain a direct and exclusive agreement between consultant and client,

- reduce costs and organizational structure to improve economic competitiveness.

As a freelance psychologist I collaborate with Len Formazione, on different projects in psychological field (for example: Communicational Skills, Healthy Relations in Company, Motivation at work, Assessment Center, ecc.). From 2010, I have participated in a development of two innovative projects:  e-learning trainings for companies and School of Blogger.

  As a consultant I have collaborated with:  

• Iscom Formazione Modena, Training and Consulting (Italian company), which focus on qualities development of human resources in Italians concerns.
• Solus Solution -   Polish private enterprise of training and consulting of human resources and renewable energy sources.
