Postaw\u0119 mo\u017cna por\u00f3wna\u0107 do muzyki, kt\u00f3r\u0105 stale s\u0142yszymy w tle w naszej g\u0142owie\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i kt\u00f3ra nastraja nas do postrzegania \u015bwiata w pozytywny lub negatywny spos\u00f3b. Mo\u017cemy wi\u0119c mie\u0107 pozytywny lub negatywny stosunek do samego siebie. Roz<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ci\u0105ga si\u0119 na dw\u00f3ch biegunach i ma <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00f3\u017c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne odcienie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poczucie w\u0142asnej warto\u015bci to og\u00f3lny stan psychiczny, kt\u00f3ry <strong>powsta\u0142 na wskutek oceny na w\u0142asny temat<\/strong>. Jedynym trafnym por\u00f3wnaniem jest por\u00f3wnanie do samego siebie z dnia wczorajszego czy z przesz\u0142o\u015bci. W ten spos\u00f3b stale pracujemy nad sob\u0105, swoimi wadami i budujemy adekwatne i zdrowe poczucie w\u0142asnej warto\u015bci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na samoocen\u0119 sk\u0142ada si\u0119 zaufanie do samego siebie. <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Czy ufam sobie, w\u0142asnym umiej\u0119tno\u015bciom, czy wierz\u0119 \u017ce sobie poradz\u0119?<\/strong> <\/span>Drugim elementem jest szacunek do samego siebie. Czy jestem przekonana o w\u0142asnej warto\u015bci? Czy potrafi\u0119 asertywnie odmawia\u0107? Czy pozwalam na to, \u017ceby wp\u0142ywa\u0142y na mnie toksyczne osoby z otoczenia?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samoocena nie jest jednorodna i zmienia si\u0119 w trakcie naszego \u017cycia. Oznacza to, \u017ce mo\u017cemy przyk\u0142adowo jednocze\u015bnie ceni\u0107 siebie w roli matki czy \u017cony, a nie docenia\u0107 siebie jako pracownika. Kszta\u0142tuje si\u0119 ju\u017c w okresie niemowl\u0119cym poprzez dotyk rodzica czy poczucie bezpiecze\u0144stwa.
